We’re pleased to welcome Sophia Thuy Nguyen as our Chief Commercial Officer, effective October 14, 2026. Sophia will lead global expansion at Eastgate Software, bringing a forward-looking, customer-focused approach to strategic partnerships.
She joins our executive team with experience in international business development and sales leadership, including work helping Vietnamese businesses reach clients overseas.
Experience building businesses across borders
Sophia’s career spans more than 12 years in international B2B sales across the US, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, and Asia-Pacific.
At Esoft, Sophia helped grow the company from a startup into a global PropTech business before its private equity acquisition. As Vice President of Global Expansion at Techvify, she helped deliver double-digit year-over-year growth. She is also the founder of RiseB2B, where her work includes commercial consulting and sales training.
Her experience extends to developing the people behind a sales organization. Through RiseB2B, she works with founders and sales professionals on how they approach clients, manage accounts, and build their teams. This combination of business development and coaching brings a useful perspective to our leadership discussions.
Global expansion built around our clients
As Chief Commercial Officer, Sophia will focus on how we grow internationally and build strategic partnerships. Her approach puts customers at the center of those decisions, with attention to both their current needs and the changes they are preparing for.
For us, that means keeping commercial conversations close to the work clients need to accomplish. A partnership should start with understanding their business priorities and how our teams can support them over time.
