Eastgate Software is a Select partner in the Claude Partner Network Services Track. We are pleased to share this promotion with the clients who build software with us.

As a Claude Select partner, we build on the use of AI agents to work from specifications that we agreed on with our clients. Instead of relying completely on artificial intelligence, our engineers review the results before release.

What it means to be a Claude Select partner

Select is a partner tier in the Claude Partner Network Services Track. The program helps you assess a firm’s experience with Claude when choosing who to work with.

The Claude Partner Network is how Anthropic works with the firms that put Claude into production for customers. The Services Track recognizes partners for building a certified delivery team, deploying it with customers, and proving the work through public customer references. Partners advance through Select, Preferred, and Global Premier tiers.

Anthropic ties that standing to the work partners have delivered. For each client engagement, we define the scope and agree on how to assess success.

How we use Claude in our software delivery process

Our Agent-Centric Development Cycle (ACDC) gives AI agents a defined role in software delivery. Before work begins, engineers specify what the software should do and how they will test it.

Our ACDC approach includes the EGS Engineering Kit, which uses Claude Code. Shared guidance gives agents the project context and rules they need to carry out their tasks.

For example, suppose a feature lets a manager approve a request. The specification should state who has permission to approve it. Tests then check that the manager can complete the action and that the system blocks someone without permission.

Once the code is ready, automated checks and reviews provide evidence for the release decision. An agent can recommend that the work proceed, while a responsible person makes the final call. When testing reveals a gap, engineers use that finding to improve the requirements or checks for the next change.

What this milestone means for our clients

Your project goals determine where Claude fits into the work. We start by understanding how your business operates.

Our engineering process brings domain experts into requirements and review. Domain experts connect software decisions to the work your people do each day. The team then checks whether a feature fits its intended use.

Acceptance criteria state what a feature must do to pass review. They give you a basis for reviewing progress. With that starting point, both sides can discuss changes to the scope. When a new requirement emerges, you can assess what it changes before the team builds it.

At review, you should be able to see what the team tested and which questions remain open. A demo shows how a feature works on the path presented. The supporting tests should cover relevant failure cases as well. Together, that evidence helps you judge whether the work meets the agreed standard.

If your team needs a new app, our custom software development services take it from design to launch. Senior engineers lead the work and support the software after it goes live.
