The challenge

A working pilot is only the beginning.

The real test comes when software meets a running production line.

  • Pilots that never reach the plant

A proof of concept works in one cell, then stalls because it was never engineered for uptime, support or rollout. We build for the conditions beyond the pilot.

  • Machine data trapped in islands

Each line speaks its own protocol, so visibility ends at the cell boundary. We connect equipment, applications and people to make production data useful across the plant.

  • Inspection that varies by shift

Manual checks struggle to keep pace with production. We instrument inspection so quality decisions stay consistent, traceable and available when the line needs them.

  • Brittle MES and ERP integration

Point-to-point interfaces break as systems change. We build governed, observable connections that your team can maintain and evolve.

What we build

We engineer every layer of the factory software stack.

  • AI vision for quality & safety

High-throughput inspection and safety vision running on edge GPUs.

  • IIoT sensors & gateways

Reliable edge data capture, from individual machines to connected production lines.

  • SCADA / MES integration

Shop-floor and business systems connected through maintainable interfaces.

  • Predictive maintenance & OEE

Models and operational insights to anticipate failure and improve equipment effectiveness.

  • Edge & on-prem delivery

Latency-sensitive workloads engineered for the edge, including air-gapped sites.

  • Digital transformation roadmaps

Practical, sequenced programmes from a single-cell pilot to plant-wide rollout.

Case study · Manufacturing

AI vision sorting on edge GPUs, built end to end.

A US manufacturing company needed to classify materials and locate them on a moving conveyor, so a PLC reject mechanism could act at the right moment.

We built a dual-camera vision system on edge GPUs. It processes both feeds at more than 14 FPS and triggers PLC-controlled rejection in under 100 milliseconds.

How we build

Agent-Centric Development, grounded in your operation.

AI agents accelerate delivery. Our engineers own the architecture, verification and decisions that put software into production.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Have a question about your production line? Discuss it with an engineer.

Can you integrate with our existing MES, ERP and SCADA systems?

Yes. We begin by mapping the existing interfaces, protocols and data flows, then agree on acceptance criteria. Integration is planned around the constraints of a running plant.

Can manufacturing software run at the edge or on premises?

Yes. We design for latency, connectivity and data-location requirements, including air-gapped environments. The deployment model follows the operating environment.

How do you move a pilot into production?

We assess the pilot against throughput, reliability and support requirements, then address integration, testing, monitoring and rollout. Production readiness is part of the engineering work from the start.

How do you validate an AI vision system?

We agree on quality, throughput and response-time criteria, then test against representative operating conditions. Our published sorting case combines dual-camera detection with PLC integration.

Can you work with our internal engineering team?

Yes. We can deliver a defined project or work alongside your engineers, with clear responsibilities, interfaces and review gates.
