Private and Sovereign AI is the platform: models, search and assistants running inside your own boundary, on premises, in your private cloud or air-gapped. Agentic Process Transformation puts AI agents to work inside one business process, with named approvers, an audit trail and results measured against a baseline.
Do we need both?
No. Many clients start with one. If your data cannot leave your environment, start with the private platform. If you already have approved AI tools but nothing changed in the process, start with one workflow. The assessment tells you which comes first.
Can agents run inside our private AI platform?
Yes. Agents can use the same private models, search and access rules, so workflows run inside the same boundary and every action is recorded in the same audit log.
Where does our data live?
In your environment. Models, indexes and logs run on your hardware or in your private cloud tenant, and each source keeps its own access rules. You own the code, the configuration and the specifications.
How is it priced?
The assessment is a fixed price, and the first deployment is priced per milestone. Once a workflow or platform is live and the baseline is measured, part of the fee can depend on the result: a fixed fee plus a bonus only in the periods when the agreed KPI meets its target.
