BagOS is being implemented across multiple international airports. The client needed a standardized solution that can be deployed at airports of different sizes while running on the same Siemens logistics hardware, supporting fully automated baggage handling from check-in to boarding.

The Solution
01 Standardized BagOS architecture
One BagOS architecture adapts to airports of different sizes, so each site is a configuration of the same platform rather than a separate build against unique infrastructure.
02 Hardware and PLC integration
The platform integrates with Siemens logistics hardware and PLC systems. Baggage handling is real-time control, so this coupling is where the timing guarantees come from.
03 Tray-based conveyor handling
A tray-based high-speed conveyor system protects bags in transit, which is what lets throughput stay high through peak holiday traffic without raising damage rates.
04 End-to-end baggage accuracy
Delivery is 100% accurate from check-in to boarding and back again. Mishandling lands directly on passenger experience and airline operations, so this is the measure the system is judged on.
