Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming how organizations manage HR compliance, from automated payroll monitoring to predictive workforce analytics and real-time background checks. Yet for many UK tech companies, one of the most critical compliance functions remains largely manual: sponsor license management for international skilled workers.
The issue creates a growing operational risk for businesses that depend heavily on international AI and engineering talent.
