Our Core Value #3 – Act with integrity in our Culture

As a technology company, we at Eastgate Software understand the importance of having a strong sense of integrity in all aspects of our business. This includes our Human Resources (HR) activities. Having a team that acts with integrity is essential to the success of any organization, and HR activities are no exception.

What does act with integrity means?

So what exactly does it mean to act with integrity in an HR setting? Acting with integrity means doing the right thing even when nobody is watching. It involves conducting all HR activities fairly, in accordance with both our corporate policies and ethical standards. This includes things like ensuring equal treatment throughout the recruitment process, as well as handling employee issues and concerns in a professional manner.

It also means being honest and transparent when communicating with employees and job applicants. Creating a culture where everyone feels comfortable speaking up and voicing their opinions is essential for any successful business, and acting with integrity plays an important role in achieving this. We must always strive to ensure that all employees feel valued and respected regardless of their background or position within the company.

Act with integrity in Eastgate Life

At Eastgate Software, we believe that acting with integrity is key to driving innovation and creating better solutions for customers while continuing to grow as an organization. That’s why we prioritize training our teams on how to act with integrity during HR activities so that we can continue to provide exceptional service to both our internal and external customers alike.

We create Structured Policies & Procedures: Having clear policies in the Employees Handbook in place helps ensure that everyone on our team understands what’s expected of them when it comes to acting with integrity. We regularly review these policies to make sure they stay up to date with changing laws and regulations, so that everyone at our company knows exactly what is expected of them when it comes to behaving ethically.

In every value & vision statement, one of the most important things we do in HR is developing company values that reflect our commitment to integrity. These values inform everything from how we interact with each other in the office, to how we interact with customers or partners outside of it. We also have a detailed vision statement that outlines how we want our company to be seen by others—as one that operates with honesty, respect, and fairness for all involved.

At our technology company, we take pride in our ability to innovate and create solutions that not only meet customer needs but also uphold our values of fairness, honesty, and respect. We strive to be transparent with our employees and customers so they understand the decisions we make and how they affect them. This means providing accurate information on job postings, salary ranges, benefits packages, and more. In addition, we have established policies that promote diversity in the workplace by eliminating discrimination based on gender identity or sexual orientation.

We also foster an environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up when they see something wrong or unethical happening within the organization. To ensure this type of behavior is encouraged, we use anonymous surveys to track employee satisfaction levels as well as reward those who take initiative to improve processes or suggest new ideas. Furthermore, all team members participate in regular training sessions on topics such as ethical decision-making, conflict resolution skills, teamwork building exercises, and time management strategies.

Integrity is essential for any successful business, particularly when it comes to Human Resources (HR) activities. Here at Eastgate Software, we understand this importance, which is why we prioritize training our teams on how to act with integrity during all aspects of HR operations—from recruitment processes through employee relations management so that we can continue providing exceptional service both internally and externally for years to come!
